Just create an Indonesian PSN account, then buy a 12 months card from offgamers and then redeem the code on that Indonesian PSN account. It's not a big issue for me, but I was wondering if there was somehow a way around this? Recently, it expired and I decided to just pay in AUD on my Aus account (as the benefits for the American account were no longer that great) BUT I lost all my stuff (such as my character division) in the process - as it's only available on the US account and not the Aussie account I've got this issue (2 accounts, one US & one Aussie), and I pretty much played ALL my games (offline and online) through the US one - so all the save data (such as my division character) is on the US account.
